Nanpor is operated by majority shareholders Phillip V. Hughey, a retired 21 year US Marine Corps veteran and Ronald E. Humphrey a Security and Defensive Tactics Specialist of 15 years. All NANPOR staff are highly trained and dedicated experts in their speciality field.

Nanpor is a full service organization, offering training courses/seminars, job placement assistance, in-house training, special event security, security service referrals, investigations and referrals, and security consulting services.

The Nanpor training program is organized to meet the growing need for specialized and basic security, law enforcement, and military personnel training throughout California and the United States. Our dedicated staff updates all NANPOR training to changes with California laws, regulations and policies.
